Owns the technical definition and continuous improvement of the Beaver cutter suction dredger product line. The role maintains specifications and documentation, translates requirements into engineering work packages, leads technical modifications, manages improvement backlogs, and connects Product Management with Engineering, Operations, Procurement, Supply Chain, Services, and Quality. The specialist evaluates changes across safety, performance, manufacturability, maintainability, cost, and standardization while embedding lessons learned into the product standard.

Coordinate and maintain integrated project schedules for major capital projects. The Planner will gather progress data from engineering, procurement, and construction teams; update forecasts; identify critical paths, risks, and mitigation actions; support performance reporting; contribute to earned value tracking; and ensure compliance with project governance and safety standards.

Develop technical solutions and equipment concepts, create layouts and sizing calculations, estimate costs, prepare technical and commercial proposals, and support tender submissions. The role involves client, supplier, and engineering-team collaboration throughout the bid process, including customer meetings, bid reviews, cost modeling, project scheduling, and procurement estimating.
