Develop sensing capabilities for intelligent maritime equipment and autonomous systems. Responsibilities include sensor selection, prototyping, integration, sensor fusion, signal processing, state estimation, testing, validation, and performance analysis. The role supports autonomous operations, object tracking, launch and recovery, predictive maintenance, and condition monitoring while collaborating with mechanical, control, AI, data science, and autonomous systems experts.

Integrates electrical and automation systems across complex multidisciplinary projects, coordinating technical interfaces, reviewing engineering documentation, resolving integration issues, and overseeing FAT, SAT, commissioning, compliance, and system performance. Acts as the technical authority for E&A integration, supports stakeholders and suppliers, and mentors junior engineers, particularly on defense-related projects.

Test and commission hydraulic components and ship systems, including manifolds, HPUs, and hydraulic and electric winches. Set up and maintain test benches, calibrate equipment, conduct functional tests, troubleshoot issues with engineers, optimize the testing environment, and prepare accurate test reports. The role requires technical education, hydraulic schematic interpretation, technical English, and willingness to obtain safety and lifting certifications.
