Part-time, on-call Level 1/2 desktop support technicians to handle help desk tickets, vendor escorts, desktop installs/upgrades, VPN and break/fix tasks. Role may include data center work: cabling, rack decommissioning, installing/decommissioning routers, switches, patch panels and working in live-wire environments. Strong customer service and relevant certifications or prior experience required. Candidates with tools (laptop, console cable, Fluke, ladder, cutters) are preferred.

Drive analytics operations and governance for Marketing: prioritize and manage analytics workstreams, enable organization-wide measurement, maintain BI ecosystem, automate dataflows, improve taxonomy and documentation, and communicate insights to stakeholders and executives.
