Provide onsite enterprise support for Apple devices, including macOS desktops and optionally iOS and iPadOS devices. Responsibilities include provisioning, deprovisioning, testing, deployment, troubleshooting, user onboarding, documentation, training support, and stakeholder assistance. The role requires supporting more than 500 macOS machines, understanding authentication, networking, wireless, VPNs, and peripherals, and occasional travel to Columbus or Plano.

Manage global data center power-up and power-down projects, coordinating client IT teams, resources, schedules, deadlines, responsibilities, and communications. The role requires remote project execution across time zones and cultures, with essential night and weekend work. Responsibilities include using client platforms and technology databases, improving service delivery, and maintaining client satisfaction during infrastructure power events.

Part-time, on-call Level 1/2 desktop support technicians to handle help desk tickets, vendor escorts, desktop installs/upgrades, VPN and break/fix tasks. Role may include data center work: cabling, rack decommissioning, installing/decommissioning routers, switches, patch panels and working in live-wire environments. Strong customer service and relevant certifications or prior experience required. Candidates with tools (laptop, console cable, Fluke, ladder, cutters) are preferred.
