The Revenue Enablement Manager will develop and deliver training programs, manage enablement initiatives, and align strategies across Revenue teams to enhance performance and productivity while leveraging AI tools.

Design, administer, and scale sales and customer success compensation programs. Lead incentive modeling, forecasting, benchmarking, payouts, and compensation operations. Partner cross-functionally with Finance, RevOps, HR, and leaders to drive compensation strategy, analytics, process automation, and program governance while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.

Lead and scale the post-onboarding Customer Success organization, define strategy and playbooks, own retention/renewals/expansion metrics, develop high-performing teams, and partner cross-functionally to improve merchant experience and drive revenue growth.
