Research payer requirements, billing issues, eligibility, authorizations, and claim status while communicating with insurance representatives. Protect patient information, follow HIPAA and organizational policies, and meet productivity, accuracy, quality, and deadline expectations in a high-volume reimbursement environment.

Supports marketing strategy execution through community outreach, health fairs, educational events, campaign scheduling, social media updates, promotional materials, vendor coordination, and CRM reporting. Conducts local market research, represents the practice to community partners, coordinates event logistics, and maintains professional communications. The role is in-person, requires local and statewide Texas travel, occasional evening and weekend work, and lifting 25–30 pounds.

Conduct in-person outreach to physician offices, local businesses, and vendors to build relationships and provide educational materials; track and report referral increases in the CRM; attend meetings and networking events; produce written marketing reports and call plans; meet assigned goals; occasional travel to Houston and flexible hours including nights/weekends.
