Conduct in-person outreach to physician offices, local businesses, and vendors to build relationships and provide educational materials; track and report referral increases in the CRM; attend meetings and networking events; produce written marketing reports and call plans; meet assigned goals; occasional travel to Houston and flexible hours including nights/weekends.

Support marketing team with community outreach, event logistics, promotional materials, digital marketing updates, CRM reporting, and collaboration with clinical staff to increase local market visibility. Travel across Texas and occasional evenings/weekends required.

Perform high-volume medical charge entry and data verification using health information systems and office software. Detect and correct errors, track production and trends, assist database management, meet daily charge-entry goals, and use company-approved AI/automation tools to improve accuracy and efficiency.
