Manage insurance claim follow-up, collections, denials, payment discrepancies, corrected claims, reconsiderations, and appeals. Research payer requirements, billing issues, eligibility, authorizations, and claim status while communicating with insurance representatives. Protect patient information, follow HIPAA and organizational policies, and meet productivity, accuracy, quality, and deadline expectations in a high-volume reimbursement environment.

Supports marketing strategy execution through community outreach, health fairs, educational events, campaign scheduling, social media updates, promotional materials, vendor coordination, and CRM reporting. Conducts local market research, represents the practice to community partners, coordinates event logistics, and maintains professional communications. The role is in-person, requires local and statewide Texas travel, occasional evening and weekend work, and lifting 25–30 pounds.
