Supports marketing strategy execution through community outreach, health fairs, educational events, campaign scheduling, social media updates, promotional materials, vendor coordination, and CRM reporting. Conducts local market research, represents the practice to community partners, coordinates event logistics, and maintains professional communications. The role is in-person, requires local and statewide Texas travel, occasional evening and weekend work, and lifting 25–30 pounds.

Supports marketing strategy execution through community outreach, health fairs, educational events, event logistics, vendor coordination, promotional materials, social media updates, CRM reporting, and campaign calendar management. Conducts local market research, represents the practice with community partners, and maintains timely communications. The role is in person, requires local and statewide Texas travel, occasional evenings and weekends, and collaboration with physicians, clinical staff, and business development teams.

Conduct in-person outreach to physician offices, local businesses, and vendors to build relationships and provide educational materials; track and report referral increases in the CRM; attend meetings and networking events; produce written marketing reports and call plans; meet assigned goals; occasional travel to Houston and flexible hours including nights/weekends.
