Leads technical and commercial partnership integrations across wearables, automotive, telecom, BFSI, HRMS, and distribution channels. Owns the lifecycle from pipeline development and partner negotiation through technical scoping, onboarding, QA, go-live, enablement, and performance measurement. Collaborates with Product and Engineering teams to activate scalable integrations, manage partner relationships, track conversion and retention, and deliver measurable user acquisition and retention outcomes.

Leads the design, development, administration, governance, security, migration, and continuous improvement of SharePoint Online solutions. Leads brand photography strategy, creative direction, production, post-production, asset management, archiving, and equipment operations. Oversees photography projects from planning through delivery, maintains consistent visual standards, collaborates with marketing and design teams, and manages a small team of photographers and photo editors. The role also mentors team members, supports professional development, and ensures high-quality visual storytelling across the organization.

Supports nursery production, plant propagation, plant health, inventory, quality control, dispatch, SOP implementation, and technical recordkeeping. Supervises nursery workers, monitors irrigation and inputs, identifies pests and diseases, coordinates plant requirements with plantation teams, verifies dispatch documentation, tracks production KPIs, and supports infrastructure planning and nursery expansion. Requires practical expertise in horticulture, forestry, agriculture, or plant production, along with field-team supervision and willingness to travel between nursery and plantation sites.

Lead day-to-day Customer Success operations across Services, Implementation, and Support for a B2B customer portfolio. Manage team execution, onboarding, account health, adoption, engagement, escalations, recovery plans, service quality, customer insights, and operational reporting. Coach customer-facing teams, improve playbooks and processes, monitor Salesforce hygiene and dashboards, and partner cross-functionally to resolve issues and identify expansion opportunities.

Lead product management for the Foundation’s impact analysis initiative. Develop impact measurement frameworks, KPIs, scorecards, dashboards, and analytics-driven solutions. Collect and analyze program data, model business processes, improve dashboard UX, and prepare reports and presentations for executives, donors, and stakeholders. Collaborate with program and technical teams on requirements, roadmaps, JIRA-based release management, change management, and delivery of high-quality BI solutions.

Manage Foundation finance and compliance operations, including FCRA compliance, grant accounting, donor reporting, statutory filings, financial controls, audits, risk assessments, and regulatory documentation. Track domestic and foreign contributions by donor, project, location, and purpose; monitor budgets and utilization; develop policies and SOPs; coordinate with auditors, consultants, authorities, and internal teams; and prepare compliance dashboards and management reports.

Lead sponsorship sales, strategic partnerships, and athlete talent initiatives across Punjab FC and Roundglass Sports. Responsibilities include securing and renewing sponsors, managing sales pipelines and CRM records, developing proposals and pricing strategies, negotiating contracts, managing athlete endorsements, creating monetization opportunities, and coordinating sponsor deliverables across marketing, events, digital, grassroots, and sports teams.

Design, implement, maintain, and troubleshoot global network infrastructure and security. Optimize performance, manage firewalls/DMZ, ensure compliance and firmware updates, execute network upgrades, support cloud networking (AWS), design network architectures, and collaborate with vendors and teams. Provide off-hours and incident support; limited international travel required.

Lead strategic and operational delivery of The Billion Tree Project across Punjab. Own planning, field implementation, stakeholder engagement, monitoring, budgets, team leadership, and quality assurance to meet plantation targets, improve survival rates, and ensure compliance and impact reporting.
