Lead a creative studio to develop original brand narratives and visual storytelling across films, social, and web. Direct and produce high-quality content, oversee brand identity, manage and mentor a multidisciplinary creative team, allocate resources with studio operations, collaborate cross-functionally, and keep outputs aligned with organizational goals and industry trends.

Lead identification, analysis and translation of Central and State government schemes into program designs, ensure technical/financial compliance of proposals, coordinate government approvals and convergence, track implementation readiness, reporting, and maximize scheme utilization for RGF programs.

Manage end-to-end procurement for shared services and corporate categories (notably IT), including requirements gathering, RFQs, negotiation support, PO processing, vendor onboarding, invoice coordination, ERP transactions, and procurement reporting. Ensure documentation, compliance, stakeholder coordination, and timely case movement while supporting renewals, spend analysis, and governance.
