Owns the lifecycle from pipeline development and partner negotiation through technical scoping, onboarding, QA, go-live, enablement, and performance measurement. Collaborates with Product and Engineering teams to activate scalable integrations, manage partner relationships, track conversion and retention, and deliver measurable user acquisition and retention outcomes.

Leads the design, development, administration, governance, security, migration, and continuous improvement of SharePoint Online solutions. Owns enterprise intranet architecture and technical roadmaps, migrates content from cloud-storage platforms, develops modern SharePoint experiences, builds integrations, automates administration with PowerShell, and supports Power Apps and Power BI. Partners with stakeholders, troubleshoots complex issues, establishes standards, mentors developers, and drives adoption through training and documentation.

Leads brand photography strategy, creative direction, production, post-production, asset management, archiving, and equipment operations. Oversees photography projects from planning through delivery, maintains consistent visual standards, collaborates with marketing and design teams, and manages a small team of photographers and photo editors. The role also mentors team members, supports professional development, and ensures high-quality visual storytelling across the organization.
