Provide executive leadership and strategic direction for all pharmacy services across the enterprise, advancing medication safety, formulary management, clinical and specialty pharmacy, research support, regulatory compliance, technology/automation, and organizational transformation. Partner with clinical and operational leaders, mentor pharmacy leadership, and champion innovation to improve patient outcomes and support Roswell Park’s academic and scientific mission.

Provide comprehensive inpatient internal medicine care for medically complex oncology patients, perform admissions and ongoing management, participate in 24/7 coverage, triage, rapid response and code teams, collaborate with multidisciplinary oncology teams, support quality and safety initiatives, and contribute to coordinated, patient-centered inpatient care without procedural responsibilities.

Lead the Gastrointestinal Pathology Service, provide expert diagnostic interpretation of GI oncologic cases, set clinical and research priorities, expand translational research, mentor trainees and faculty, collaborate with multidisciplinary oncology teams, and advance program visibility and quality initiatives.

Provide subspecialized oncologic body imaging (CT, MRI, fluoroscopy, radiographs) across main campus and satellites; support multidisciplinary cancer care, tumor boards, resident education, quality improvement, and program growth using advanced imaging technologies.

Provide comprehensive inpatient and outpatient care for patients with lymphoma and related hematologic malignancies; develop individualized treatment plans; coordinate diagnostics and monitoring; participate in clinical research, teaching, multidisciplinary collaboration, quality improvement, and accurate clinical documentation.

Provide outpatient-focused, multidisciplinary breast oncology care; develop individualized treatment plans; lead and participate in clinical trials and translational research; teach and mentor trainees; collaborate across surgery, radiation, pathology, radiology, genetics and supportive services; support departmental leadership, committees, and academic scholarship.

Lead the Applied Cancer Therapeutics section providing clinical and strategic leadership, deliver patient-centered oncology care, develop individualized treatment plans, oversee and conduct translational and clinical research, mentor trainees and faculty, ensure regulatory compliance of clinical trials, collaborate across multidisciplinary teams, publish scholarly work, and support quality improvement and institutional committees.

Academic urologist-surgeon combining ~50% protected research time with a full-spectrum urologic oncology practice focused on bladder cancer. Build an externally funded translational research program, collaborate across multidisciplinary teams, publish and present findings, teach and mentor trainees, participate in tumor boards and multidisciplinary clinics, and deliver advanced, patient-centered surgical and oncologic care.

Provide outpatient-focused thoracic oncology care within a multidisciplinary academic cancer center, participate in select inpatient coverage, engage in clinical trials and translational research, contribute to tumor boards, mentor trainees, and support program growth and academic initiatives.

Provide expert interpretation and procedural breast imaging services (DBT, ultrasound, MRI), perform image-guided biopsies and radioactive seed localizations, collaborate in multidisciplinary oncology care, participate in tumor boards, outreach, quality improvement, and program expansion within an academic cancer center.

Board-certified or -eligible fellowship-trained neuroradiologist to interpret advanced neuroimaging (MRI, CT, MRA, CTA, DTI, perfusion, spectroscopy, fMRI), perform/expand procedures (lumbar puncture, CT-guided biopsy), share neuroradiology call including overnight teleradiology, teach trainees, collaborate in multidisciplinary cancer care, and participate in research.
