Provide executive leadership and strategic direction for all pharmacy services across the enterprise, advancing medication safety, formulary management, clinical and specialty pharmacy, research support, regulatory compliance, technology/automation, and organizational transformation. Partner with clinical and operational leaders, mentor pharmacy leadership, and champion innovation to improve patient outcomes and support Roswell Park’s academic and scientific mission.

Provide comprehensive inpatient internal medicine care for medically complex oncology patients, perform admissions and ongoing management, participate in 24/7 coverage, triage, rapid response and code teams, collaborate with multidisciplinary oncology teams, support quality and safety initiatives, and contribute to coordinated, patient-centered inpatient care without procedural responsibilities.

Lead the Gastrointestinal Pathology Service, provide expert diagnostic interpretation of GI oncologic cases, set clinical and research priorities, expand translational research, mentor trainees and faculty, collaborate with multidisciplinary oncology teams, and advance program visibility and quality initiatives.
