Establish labels, benchmarks, baselines, and trustworthy evaluation while optimizing inference cost, latency, robustness, and production impact. Provide technical leadership, mentor researchers and engineers, and collaborate with Product, Sourcing, data, and AI Platform teams.

Lead end-to-end sourcing research initiatives, from framing problems and creating trustworthy datasets to experimentation, evaluation, and production deployment. Develop models for supplier recommendation, forecasting, should-cost analysis, auction and mechanism design, allocation optimization, and multimodal document understanding. Collaborate with product, data, and AI platform teams while optimizing inference cost, latency, robustness, and real-world decision quality.

Own end-to-end sourcing research initiatives, transforming large-scale spend and document data into production decision systems. Develop datasets, labels, benchmarks, experiments, and models for supplier recommendation, forecasting, optimization, auctions, and multimodal document understanding. Select appropriate modeling methods, evaluate rigorously, and deploy robust, cost-effective systems. Collaborate with sourcing product, data, engineering, and AI platform teams in a greenfield environment.

Design and deliver custom integrations and services that connect Rossum with customer systems. Translate complex requirements into technical backlogs, architect secure scalable solutions, partner with stakeholders, and ensure seamless product adoption across diverse client environments.
