Lead SRE initiatives to improve reliability, scalability, and performance across distributed systems. Build automation and infrastructure, enhance observability and incident response, tune platform performance and costs, resolve complex production issues, and document runbooks. Build and maintain integrations connecting Rossum's AI agents to external systems (ERPs/CRMs). Design and implement REST APIs, AWS Lambda connectors, and database-backed solutions. Own lifecycle activities including CI/CD, monitoring, logging, testing, and support. Collaborate with solution architects and internal teams to deliver stable, performant customer solutions and internal tools that improve platform adoption.

The Senior Backend Engineer will design, implement, and maintain backend systems, ensuring scalability and reliability while collaborating cross-functionally to improve the product.

Design and deliver custom integrations and services that connect Rossum with customer systems. Translate complex requirements into technical backlogs, architect secure scalable solutions, partner with stakeholders, and ensure seamless product adoption across diverse client environments.
