Jobs at Rossum

Build and maintain integrations connecting Rossum's AI agents to external systems (ERPs/CRMs). Design and implement REST APIs, AWS Lambda connectors, and database-backed solutions. Own lifecycle activities including CI/CD, monitoring, logging, testing, and support. Collaborate with solution architects and internal teams to deliver stable, performant customer solutions and internal tools that improve platform adoption.

Drive architecture, development, and scalability of backend systems and APIs for integrations. Partner with cross-functional teams and external partners, identify technical risks, use observability/data to optimize performance, mentor engineers, and lead delivery of reliable, scalable cloud-native integration solutions.

Design and deliver custom integrations and services that connect Rossum with customer systems. Translate complex requirements into technical backlogs, architect secure scalable solutions, partner with stakeholders, and ensure seamless product adoption across diverse client environments.

Lead SRE initiatives to improve reliability, scalability, and performance across distributed systems. Build automation and infrastructure, enhance observability and incident response, tune platform performance and costs, resolve complex production issues, and document runbooks. Collaborate with Platform, Security, AI Platform, and Product teams to embed SRE best practices and drive durable improvements.

The role focuses on understanding customer needs, architecting custom solutions, and ensuring product adoption through intelligent automation and integration efforts.
