Provides reception, clerical, and administrative support for a community center while assisting Human Resources with employee files, payroll, HRIS tools, applicant tracking, pre-employment verifications, vendor approvals, and compliance. Maintains office supplies and common areas, routes communications and funds, prepares reports and documents, protects confidential information, and supports staff, residents, families, and other stakeholders.

Provide emotional and practical support to residents in a psychiatric residential treatment setting. Help residents pursue individualized goals through work team activities, group therapy participation, structured community living, and social engagement while promoting independence. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, valid driver’s license, and willingness to work varied shifts, including weekends.

Facilitates therapeutic and recreational activities for adults receiving mental health services. Encourages participation, supports recovery and independence, provides positive behavioral reinforcement, documents attendance and observations, prepares activity materials, assists with inventory, supports creative projects, and provides transportation for offsite activities. Collaborates with clinical staff, responds appropriately to emergencies, maintains required certifications, and assists team support specialists when needed.

Designs and oversees therapeutic, recreational, and life enrichment programs for adults with mental health diagnoses. Develops activity calendars, facilitates coping and social skills groups, supports individualized recovery goals, documents participation and outcomes, manages budgets and supplies, coordinates outings and events, and supervises enrichment staff. Provides leadership support to residential teams when needed, including medication-training compliance and emergency assistance.
