Own customer satisfaction, retention, adoption, and expansion for DACH hoteliers. Conduct demos, provide training, run check-ins, identify upsell opportunities, collaborate with sales, and proactively mitigate churn while developing deep product and competitor knowledge.

Manage Benelux hotel clients to drive satisfaction, adoption, retention and expansion. Deliver demos, provide training, monitor usage, identify upsell opportunities, and collaborate with sales to reduce churn and grow accounts.

Provide Dutch-speaking customer support for hoteliers across channels: troubleshoot product issues, escalate when needed, drive retention and satisfaction, meet engagement metrics, create occasional help content, and share best practices to improve team performance.

Manage full sales cycle for the DACH market: follow up leads, demo scheduling, prospecting, uncover decision-makers, maintain CRM data, close deals and hand off to implementations, support inbound marketing with local insights.
