We're looking for a customer centric individual to join our scaling customer success team. We are specifically looking for a dutch speaking consultant as you will be responsible for the Benelux region.
Your role will revolve around client satisfaction, retention, adoption and expansion on clients portfolios. Our ideal candidate will have experience working in a product led business and have hospitality \[more specifically hotel\] experience or account management experience.
Tasks
Your main duties and responsibilities will be - but not limited to:
* Reaching out to hoteliers directly, to advise them of the added benefits of RoomRaccoon
* Deliver demos to interested hoteliers demonstrating the scope of RaccoonPay and added benefits.
* Develop a deep understanding of our product suite and competitor pricing and product offering.
* Proactively engage with Hoteliers to understand their business goals, challenges, and objectives.
* Serve as the primary point of contact, building strong and lasting relationships with key stakeholders.
* Conduct regular check-ins and status reviews with customers to monitor their progress and satisfaction levels.
* Identify opportunities to optimise and enhance Hoteliers' experiences based on their feedback and usage patterns.
* Provide training and educational resources to empower Hoteliers to make the most of our products.
* Identify potential upsell opportunities by understanding customers' evolving needs and business objectives.
* Collaborate with sales teams to develop tailored proposals and strategies for expanding customers' product/service usage.
* Develop and execute strategies to proactively address customer concerns and mitigate potential churn risks.
Requirements
About you:

* Language requirement: Dutch and English
* Qualification / Experience:
* At least 3 years of relevant work experience
* Hotel sales &/or SaaS background is advantegous
* Skills/Attributes:
* Patient and empathetic towards customers, but naturally able to lead a conversation, deal with emotions and not afraid to upsell
* Motivated working in a high-tech, fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, requiring strong prioritisation abilities

Skills Required
- Fluent Dutch and English
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience
- Experience delivering product demos and customer training
- Customer-facing experience in hotel sales, hospitality or account management
- SaaS background or experience in a product-led business
- Ability to identify upsell opportunities and collaborate with sales
- Patient, empathetic, and able to lead conversations and handle emotions
