Provide legal leadership across corporate, commercial, and project development for international energy and infrastructure projects. Structure and negotiate project finance, commercial, EPC/O&M, supply and partnership agreements; advise on EU and Australian regulatory, grants, and compliance matters; coordinate external counsel; support subsidiary formation and corporate governance across Europe; collaborate with Finance, Commercial, Operations, and Project Development teams.

Oversee thermal energy storage projects, develop project plans, manage risks, maintain stakeholder relationships, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Lead design and integration of temperature, pressure, and flow instrumentation for high-temperature (up to 1500°C) industrial energy storage systems. Own sensor selection, thermocouple architectures, wiring/harness design, penetrations, electrical interfaces, BOMs, and documentation. Collaborate across thermal, refractory, insulation, structural, electrical, controls, manufacturing, and supply chain teams. Develop validation and commissioning strategies, resolve field issues, and drive continuous improvement and manufacturable instrumentation solutions.

Perform DEM and FEM seismic analyses, develop automated simulation workflows, validate models with shake-table testing, produce seismic design criteria and calculation packages, evaluate seismic demands on structures and equipment, and coordinate across multidisciplinary teams to ensure code-compliant, deployable designs.

The Site Manager oversees facility operations, maintenance, improvements, vendor management, and compliance in a pilot manufacturing environment, ensuring safety and efficiency.

The role involves sourcing electricity for industrial heat projects, managing relationships with energy suppliers, and developing market strategies across Europe, Australia, and the US.

Manage sourcing strategies for electricity for Rondo Heat Battery projects, negotiate contracts, analyze energy markets, and guide expansion strategies.

Own supplier quality for critical electrical systems: develop supplier qualification and audit processes, drive supplier development and industrialization, lead root-cause investigations and corrective actions, support NPI and production readiness, and collaborate cross-functionally to scale robust quality systems internationally.
