Teams at Rondo Energy

Design and develop high-temperature mechanical components, assemblies, and systems from concept through production. Perform FEA, thermal and fluid-flow analysis, FMEA, GD&T, and tolerance stack-ups. Integrate sensors, instrumentation, and cable routing while collaborating with electrical and controls teams. Lead prototyping, testing, design reviews, supplier documentation, scheduling, and cross-functional progress reporting. The role is onsite in Alameda with up to 10% travel.

Own supplier quality for critical electrical systems: develop supplier qualification and audit processes, drive supplier development and industrialization, lead root-cause investigations and corrective actions, support NPI and production readiness, and collaborate cross-functionally to scale robust quality systems internationally.

Lead global strategic sourcing and procurement for industrial equipment, including supplier strategy, negotiations, contracts, cost reduction, and long-lead equipment purchasing. Manage vendor relationships and cross-functional stakeholders across Engineering, Legal, and Finance. Apply knowledge of FAT/SAT, commissioning milestones, EPC/EPCM structures, milestone payments, equipment purchase agreements, and technical documentation. The role is hybrid, requiring on-site work at the Alameda headquarters two to three days per week.
