Own supplier qualification and ongoing performance for mechanical and refractory components across Europe and Asia. Perform on-site first article inspections, drive CAPA from root cause to verification, define incoming inspection criteria, support engineering changes, build supplier scorecards, and lead proactive supplier development to enable scalable, repeatable production.

The Site Manager oversees facility operations, maintenance, improvements, vendor management, and compliance in a pilot manufacturing environment, ensuring safety and efficiency.
