Support HR operations for a 200-plus employee, multi-building campus by advising employees and leaders, handling employee relations, leave and accommodations, workers’ compensation claims, recruiting, onboarding, training, engagement, records auditing, and HR metrics. The role requires regular on-site support across shifts and collaboration with Operations and senior HR leadership.

Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles on short-haul regional routes, transporting freight between customers, warehouses, distribution centers, and company facilities. Responsibilities include vehicle inspections, load securement, delivery documentation, electronic logging, refrigerated trailer operation, minor maintenance, communication with dispatch and customers, and compliance with DOT and company safety standards. Own and optimize Synapse WMS and Blue Yonder across a multi-site 3PL network. Responsibilities include system configuration, feature implementation, WMS project delivery, EDI/API integrations, KPI analysis, process improvement, user training, troubleshooting, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration. The role serves as the authoritative WMS expert and supports data-driven improvements in inventory accuracy, throughput, labor, and billing.

Assign and balance warehouse workloads across zones, prioritize inbound and outbound shipments, monitor workflow and productivity, process shipping and receiving documentation in JDA, coordinate with carriers and yard personnel, audit paperwork, manage live-load scheduling, and identify bottlenecks or order discrepancies to maintain efficient product flow.

Lead company-wide safety and physical security programs across 10+ warehouse locations. Develop policies, conduct audits and risk assessments, investigate incidents, ensure OSHA and DOT compliance, deliver training, track safety metrics, and drive corrective actions. Oversee security and life safety vendors, maintain emergency and facility security protocols, and partner with operations leaders and site safety committees to build consistent accountability and safe practices.

Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, management reporting, variance analysis, dashboards, scenario analysis, and strategic finance partnership. The role supports operational leaders with performance insights, investment and pricing evaluations, cost-saving opportunities, and data-driven recommendations. It also improves FP&A processes, reporting automation, planning methodologies, and financial systems while partnering with Accounting and cross-functional teams. The manager is expected to communicate effectively with financial and non-financial stakeholders and may mentor financial analysts.

Manages facility quality assurance, inventory control, audits, inspections, recalls, non-conformities, and warehouse quality processes. Oversees value-added services, receiving, picking, shipping, inventory accuracy, and customer service requirements. Leads quality improvements, researches discrepancies, coordinates audits and cycle counts, supports operational efficiency, and trains warehouse personnel on equipment and procedures.
