Own and optimize Synapse WMS and Blue Yonder across a multi-site 3PL network. Responsibilities include system configuration, feature implementation, WMS project delivery, EDI/API integrations, KPI analysis, process improvement, user training, troubleshooting, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration. The role serves as the authoritative WMS expert and supports data-driven improvements in inventory accuracy, throughput, labor, and billing.

Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, management reporting, variance analysis, dashboards, scenario analysis, and strategic finance partnership. The role supports operational leaders with performance insights, investment and pricing evaluations, cost-saving opportunities, and data-driven recommendations. It also improves FP&A processes, reporting automation, planning methodologies, and financial systems while partnering with Accounting and cross-functional teams. The manager is expected to communicate effectively with financial and non-financial stakeholders and may mentor financial analysts.
