Coordinates warehouse inbound and outbound operations by assigning workloads, balancing zone capacity, monitoring workflow, prioritizing shipments, managing carrier and yard communication, auditing documentation, and resolving order shortages. Uses JDA to check in trucks, process orders, assign work, review reports, and manage shipping and receiving activities. Requires warehouse operations knowledge, communication skills, basic Microsoft Office proficiency, and successful completion of physical, drug, and background checks.

Manages second-shift warehouse and 3PL operations, including labor planning, productivity, safety, quality, inventory accuracy, cost control, and dock efficiency. Develops operational metrics, standardizes processes, coordinates warehouse disciplines, manages budgets, and supports employee development through training and mentoring. Partners with Human Resources on performance initiatives and prepares operational reports. Requires hands-on leadership experience in logistics or materials operations, project management, and supply chain technology implementation.
