Manages the credit union’s treasury function, including investment portfolio strategy, risk management, liquidity, asset/liability management, budgeting, profitability analysis, and ALCO support. Evaluates investment and loan transactions, develops treasury reporting and systems, presents analyses to senior committees, and oversees budget-to-actual reporting. Leads treasury staff through recruitment, coaching, performance management, and operational oversight.

Builds and manages business-member relationships, develops lending and deposit opportunities, conducts business and financial analysis, recommends credit structures, presents loan approvals, and manages an assigned commercial loan portfolio. Performs outside business development, maintains Centers of Influence, monitors credit quality, ensures regulatory compliance, documents activities, and provides member-centered financial solutions. Requires strong communication, negotiation, decision-making, presentation, organizational, and troubleshooting skills, along with a valid driver’s license.

Advises business members on financial goals, develops new relationships, markets lending and deposit products, and manages a commercial loan portfolio. Analyzes business financials, assesses risk, structures credit, prepares loan approval recommendations, monitors portfolio quality, ensures regulatory compliance, and maintains documentation. The role spends significant time on outside business development and building Centers of Influence. It also requires strong communication, negotiation, presentation, organizational, and financial analysis skills.
