The role also includes direct care assistance, transportation to community activities, physical restraint when required, mandated training, and participation in interdisciplinary meetings.

Provide case management and day habilitation for adults with developmental disabilities: implement and supervise ISPs/DHSPs, coordinate OT/PT/speech/nursing/behavioral services, write progress notes and plans, implement behavioral interventions (including physical restraints after Safety Care training), liaise with families and DDS, provide direct care and community transportation, and maintain required records and reports.
