Provides nursing care under RN supervision in a day habilitation program: administers medications, monitors vitals, documents clinical status, coordinates with PCPs, supports behavior plans, completes trainings, orients staff, and ensures client safety and comfort.

Provide nursing care in a Day Habilitation program under RN supervision: administer medications and treatments, monitor vitals and conditions, document progress notes, coordinate with PCPs and guardians, participate in behavior support and clinical assessments, orient staff on medical protocols, and maintain medical records and safety standards.

Provide case management and day habilitation for adults with developmental disabilities: implement and supervise ISPs/DHSPs, coordinate OT/PT/speech/nursing/behavioral services, write progress notes and plans, implement behavioral interventions (including physical restraints after Safety Care training), liaise with families and DDS, provide direct care and community transportation, and maintain required records and reports.

Support the Director of Recruitment with sourcing, screening, scheduling, and onboarding. Maintain candidate databases, draft job postings and communications, assist applicants through interviews, and perform clerical tasks.

Provide clinical oversight and supervision for individuals receiving DDS services, review physician orders and records, train and supervise licensed and certified staff, complete MAP Train-the-Trainer, perform home visits and audits, assist with admission/discharge planning, and act as liaison with healthcare providers and agencies.

Oversee daily operations of community-based employment programs for individuals with ID/DD. Manage staffing, training, behavior plan implementation, compliance (OSHA, DPPC, CARF), reporting, and stakeholder liaison. Provide supervision, crisis management, and on-the-job support across community sites.

Provide in-home nursing care to individuals with developmental disabilities: administer medications per MAP guidelines, monitor and document health status, take vitals, respond to emergencies, train and coach staff, complete medical assessments and progress notes, liaise with families and DDS, and perform assigned additional duties.

Provide case management and day habilitation for adults with developmental disabilities: coordinate interdisciplinary services, write ISPs and progress notes, implement behavioral and safety plans (including physical restraints), supervise paraprofessionals, liaise with families and DDS, transport clients, and perform direct care and documentation per state and agency requirements.

Lead and manage the Career Services department to deliver employment outcomes for individuals with disabilities. Oversee staff supervision, intake/scheduling, partner referrals (MRC/DDS/SEP), job placement, reporting, payroll, budgeting, training, and on-the-job coaching while ensuring compliance with agency and funder requirements.

Develop relationships with local employers to place and support individuals with developmental disabilities in competitive employment. Provide vocational training, job coaching, intake and follow-up support, track referrals and outcomes, attend meetings, complete required paperwork, and travel extensively for job development.
