Teams at Road to Responsibility, Inc.

Provide and coordinate nursing care for members in a day habilitation program: administer medications, monitor health, document care plans, educate families and staff, participate in interdisciplinary reviews, supervise nursing staff, and ensure compliance with agency and state requirements.

Provide general nursing care in residential settings: administer medications per MAP guidelines, monitor vitals and conditions, document progress, conduct trainings, assist with personal and physical care, liaise with DDS/day programs/families, and complete required medical assessments and notes.

Develop relationships with local employers to place and support individuals with developmental disabilities in competitive employment. Provide vocational training, job coaching, intake and follow-up support, track referrals and outcomes, attend meetings, complete required paperwork, and travel extensively for job development.
