Manage end-to-end itinerary design, quoting, reservations and operations for German-speaking group travel and scheduled series across Southern Africa. Maintain accurate Tourplan records, coordinate suppliers and guides, prepare operational documentation, handle client communications and financial reconciliation, and support post-travel feedback and continuous improvement.
