The Claims Analyst administers, investigates, and resolves freight, warehouse, inventory, and transportation claims. Responsibilities include reviewing documentation, determining liability, assessing financial exposure, pursuing carrier recoveries, negotiating settlements, communicating with customers, maintaining claim records, preparing reports, tracking KPIs, coordinating payments and recoveries, and supporting compliance and process improvements.
