Manage wave planning and outbound order distribution, monitor QC and shipping, coordinate pickers and inventory control, troubleshoot WMS issues, generate shift reports, and support outbound operations to meet sail dates and optimize labor.

Manages the full recruitment process for general labor, clerical, technical, and administrative roles. Responsibilities include developing recruiting strategies, posting advertisements, coordinating with hiring managers, screening and interviewing applicants, administering employment tests, extending offers, coordinating background checks and drug testing, and preparing employment activity reports. The role requires knowledge of employment laws, personnel policies, recruiting techniques, ATS platforms, Microsoft Office, and social media recruiting.

Supervise second-shift warehouse and co-pack operations, including staffing, work assignments, shipment accuracy, customer requirements, data entry, paperwork, timesheets, overtime, safety, training, equipment checks, and corrective actions. The role ensures compliance with OSHA, AIB, company procedures, and customer specifications while communicating with customers and escalating operational, safety, or facility issues.
