Administers and supports enterprise applications by managing configurations, workflows, permissions, integrations, monitoring, maintenance, documentation, and lifecycle activities. Troubleshoots issues across applications, databases, operating systems, networks, security, and end-user layers. Coordinates incident, problem, change, and release processes; develops test and rollback plans; monitors performance and availability; and partners with infrastructure, security, development, and vendors to maintain reliable production services.

Oversee outbound wave planning, order distribution, picker assignments, QC coordination, sail-date adherence, labor allocation, and shipment tracking. Enter order data into Synapse, troubleshoot system issues, prepare shift materials, generate reports, and coordinate with warehouse teams. The role requires accurate communication, problem-solving, and physical ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment, including occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds and extended shifts.

Supports high-volume warehouse production by restacking, repacking, labeling, and assembling product displays. Maintains accuracy, productivity, safety, and clean work areas while identifying packaging or equipment issues. Works on production lines around machinery, adapts to changing tasks, communicates with team members, and meets attendance and productivity expectations. The role requires physical activity, occasional lifting up to 50 pounds, and the ability to work extended shifts.
