Lead and mentor account managers, handle escalations, manage onboarding and customer relationships, improve processes, drive upsell/program development, oversee projects and reporting, and ensure high customer service standards.

Oversee wave planning and outbound order distribution, coordinate picking, QC, shipping and inventory teams, track pending orders, input order data into WMS (Synapse), generate shift reports, and adjust labor to meet sail dates. Troubleshoot system issues, report damages, and prepare next-shift workflows while ensuring safety and quality standards.

Supervise 2nd-shift co-pack/retail fulfillment staff: assign work, ensure shipment quality and WMS data accuracy, manage payroll timesheets, enforce safety/AIB procedures, train staff, handle customer inquiries, perform equipment/building checks, and report incidents.
