Supervise 2nd-shift co-pack/retail fulfillment staff: assign work, ensure shipment quality and WMS data accuracy, manage payroll timesheets, enforce safety/AIB procedures, train staff, handle customer inquiries, perform equipment/building checks, and report incidents.

Oversee wave planning and outbound order distribution, coordinate picking, QC, shipping and inventory teams, track pending orders, input order data into WMS (Synapse), generate shift reports, and adjust labor to meet sail dates. Troubleshoot system issues, report damages, and prepare next-shift workflows while ensuring safety and quality standards.

Design, build, and maintain the company data warehouse and ETL processes. Partner with business teams to define data solutions and visualizations, support reporting (SSRS, Crystal Reports) and BI (Power BI/Tableau), troubleshoot issues, and provide occasional after-hours support.
