Serve as primary client contact to drive adoption of Rivia's clinical trial data platform: develop engagement plans, conduct business reviews, provide proactive support, collaborate cross-functionally, track success metrics, and help clients realize ROI to ensure retention and expansion.

Support biotech customers by integrating clinical trial data, generating data integration code, onboarding clients, setting up dashboards, troubleshooting pipelines, managing accounts, working with engineers on product enhancements, contributing to business development, and documenting integrations.

Own the full sales cycle to identify, target, and close new biotech and pharmaceutical clients. Develop strategic sales plans, present Rivia's platform, manage pipeline and metrics, and collaborate with marketing and product to align go-to-market efforts. Build long-term client relationships and stay current on industry trends and competitors.

Own and operate Rivia's AWS platform (EKS, RDS, MemoryDB/Redis, S3, DynamoDB, IAM), improve cost and reliability, run CI/CD and developer productivity, manage identity/secrets (Keycloak/SSO), build AI-agent workflows for audits and automation, support security audits/ISO27001, and document runbooks to eliminate single-person dependencies.

Lead design and implementation of scalable backend services and data infrastructure for a clinical trial platform. Own APIs, data models, integrations, and cloud/containerized deployments. Collaborate with product, data, and frontend teams, ensure reliability, observability, and security, and contribute across the stack when needed.

Architect and deliver production-grade agentic AI workflows for clinical trial intelligence. Own end-to-end AI features from design, evaluation, and deployment to observability and continuous improvement. Build robust retrieval/context pipelines with provenance, implement LLMOps (tracing, monitoring, cost/latency), and design evaluation pipelines. Collaborate cross-functionally and experiment with new LLMs and tools in a regulated, high-stakes domain.

Lead end-to-end product development for Rivia's clinical-trial intelligence platform: customer discovery, specs, delivery, launches, and post-launch measurement. Build the product function, set processes (PRDs, prioritization, releases), run stakeholder/customer feedback loops, monitor usage/metrics, and apply AI agents in product workflows to drive adoption and coherence across the platform.

As a Senior Frontend Engineer, you'll develop user-facing product features for clinical trial data, owning web application components and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

The QA Manager will own Rivia's compliance and quality function, ensuring GCP compliance and certifications like ISO 27001, leading audits, and maintaining compliance documentation.
