Own end-to-end AI features from design, evaluation, and deployment to observability and continuous improvement. Build robust retrieval/context pipelines with provenance, implement LLMOps (tracing, monitoring, cost/latency), and design evaluation pipelines. Collaborate cross-functionally and experiment with new LLMs and tools in a regulated, high-stakes domain.

Own full-cycle recruiting for a fast-growing health-tech startup: source proactively using AI and outbound strategies, manage hiring pipeline from outreach to offer acceptance, partner with hiring managers, and ensure smooth onboarding.
