Provide on-site technical assistance for computer systems, software, and hardware; install, repair, and maintain workstations and servers; troubleshoot LAN/WAN and other system issues; train users; monitor environments using systems management and ticketing tools; respond to customer requests via phone, email, or in person.

Implement, maintain, and troubleshoot customer LAN/WAN networks and hardware. Install/configure routers, switches, firewalls, DNS/DHCP, and WAN equipment. Provide onsite/remote support, monitor network performance, coordinate with vendors/OEMs, update documentation, and perform physical installs requiring travel and lift/height work.

Serve as the technical lead in enterprise sales: perform discovery, design LAN/WAN/SD-WAN/wireless and security solutions, produce BOMs and diagrams, respond to RFP/RFI technical sections, and translate business needs into implementation-ready specifications.

Source new sales opportunities via inbound leads and outbound calls/emails, manage quotes and pipelines, maintain customer relationships, coordinate order accuracy and shipments, and communicate approved marketing messages.

Partner with sales to design and present network and physical infrastructure solutions, create technical schematics and site maps, audit existing network performance, advise on hardware and cabling, pitch ROI, and support pre-sales and on-site coordination to reduce post-sale changes.
