Manage enterprise-scale IT projects from scope definition through delivery, including timelines, budgets, contracts, quality assurance, customer communication, vendors, risks, change orders, and stakeholder reporting. The role leads cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment and requires IT infrastructure knowledge, project management tools expertise, client-site travel, and physical ability to navigate technical and construction environments.

Sources new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, outbound calls, and emails. Builds customer relationships, manages profitable quotes, maintains an accurate sales pipeline, supports order accuracy and timely shipment, collaborates with field sales, and communicates approved marketing messages. Requires sales experience, strong communication and presentation skills, computer proficiency, understanding of pricing and margins, and successful completion of drug screening and background checks.

Partner with sales to design and present network and physical infrastructure solutions, create technical schematics and site maps, audit existing network performance, advise on hardware and cabling, pitch ROI, and support pre-sales and on-site coordination to reduce post-sale changes.
