Provide onsite technical support for hardware, software, workstations, and servers; diagnose and resolve LAN/WAN and system issues; train users; manage tickets and monitoring tools; respond to customers via email, phone, or in person; perform installations, maintenance, and related duties.

Provide on-site technical assistance for computer systems, software, and hardware; install, repair, and maintain workstations and servers; troubleshoot LAN/WAN and other system issues; train users; monitor environments using systems management and ticketing tools; respond to customer requests via phone, email, or in person.

Implement, maintain, and troubleshoot customer LAN/WAN networks and hardware. Install/configure routers, switches, firewalls, DNS/DHCP, and WAN equipment. Provide onsite/remote support, monitor network performance, coordinate with vendors/OEMs, update documentation, and perform physical installs requiring travel and lift/height work.
