Provide on-site technical assistance for computer systems, software, and hardware; install, repair, and maintain workstations and servers; troubleshoot LAN/WAN and other system issues; train users; monitor environments using systems management and ticketing tools; respond to customer requests via phone, email, or in person.

Provides internal end-user support and administers Windows, Linux, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Azure, networking, security, backups, virtualization, and infrastructure. Troubleshoots technical issues, deploys devices, maintains documentation, installs server and network equipment, supports upgrades and migrations, participates in on-call coverage, and coordinates with vendors. Requires periodic travel and hands-on work in data centers and equipment rooms.

Provides internal end-user support and administers Windows, Linux, Microsoft 365, Azure, networking, security, backups, virtualization, and infrastructure systems. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, device deployment, patching, monitoring, documentation, vulnerability remediation, equipment installation, and participation in infrastructure projects and on-call support. Requires occasional travel, physical equipment handling, and collaboration with vendors and internal stakeholders.
