Serve as the technical lead in enterprise sales: perform discovery, design LAN/WAN/SD-WAN/wireless and security solutions, produce BOMs and diagrams, respond to RFP/RFI technical sections, and translate business needs into implementation-ready specifications.

Install, configure, and maintain customers' networks and hardware (routers, switches, servers). Provide onsite/remote support, troubleshoot faults, update firmware, document networks, coordinate vendors, and perform physical installations requiring travel and lift/climb capabilities.

Travel up to 50% and work varying shifts.
