Serve as primary EMR authority, optimizing workflows, leading EMR projects, managing updates and testing, triaging support tickets, training staff, and aligning EMR strategy with clinical, finance, QA, and IT goals to ensure compliance and user effectiveness.

Provide on-scene psychiatric crisis assessment, short-term solution-focused therapy, safety planning, disposition recommendations, and coordination of follow-up/community-based care. Support crisis apartment residents, complete compliant documentation, collaborate with first responders and partners, and participate in mobile and office-based assessments, supervision, and professional development on rotating evening and weekend shifts.

Provide evidence-based behavioral health services and crisis intervention for children, youth, and adults. Conduct diagnostic assessments (CANS/ANSA, DSM-5-TR), develop recovery-centered treatment plans, deliver individual/family/group psychotherapy, perform risk/crisis assessments, coordinate care with medical and community partners, and maintain compliant EHR documentation across office, home, school, and community settings.

Greet clients, manage front-desk operations (check-ins/check-outs, scheduling, phones), maintain accurate client records and Medicaid information, coordinate with clinical staff, and support a welcoming, organized office environment.

Lead regulatory compliance and quality improvement efforts for a community behavioral health provider. Monitor and interpret federal, state, payer, and accreditation requirements; conduct audits and gap analyses; maintain regulatory crosswalks; support policy/SOP development, emergency preparedness, corrective action plans, and audit preparation.

Lead Riverbend's Training Institute by administering and optimizing the Relias LMS, designing onboarding and continuing education curricula, supporting CCBHC readiness and accreditation, managing the Training Committee, developing internal trainers, tracking competencies and compliance, and partnering on workforce development, internships, and evaluation to close learning gaps and improve staff performance.

Provide crisis intervention and short-term therapy across office and community settings as part of a Mobile Crisis team. Conduct risk and lethality assessments, develop safety plans and disposition recommendations, coordinate follow-up care with partners, support crisis apartment residents, and complete timely compliant documentation while working evening and overnight rotating shifts.
