The Senior Accounting Analyst supports complex accounting, financial reporting, CCBHC reimbursement, grant accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities include reconciliations, month-end and year-end close support, variance and cost analysis, financial modeling, audit preparation, internal controls, process improvement, and collaboration with organizational leaders. The role also provides technical guidance to accounting staff and helps optimize financial systems, reimbursement, and grant compliance.

Lead Riverbend's Training Institute by administering and optimizing the Relias LMS, designing onboarding and continuing education curricula, supporting CCBHC readiness and accreditation, managing the Training Committee, developing internal trainers, tracking competencies and compliance, and partnering on workforce development, internships, and evaluation to close learning gaps and improve staff performance.
