Serve as primary EMR authority, optimizing workflows, leading EMR projects, managing updates and testing, triaging support tickets, training staff, and aligning EMR strategy with clinical, finance, QA, and IT goals to ensure compliance and user effectiveness.

Manage the full financial lifecycle of government, foundation, and corporate grants: review awards and budgets, monitor expenditures, coordinate reimbursements, reconcile grant revenue, ensure Uniform Guidance compliance, prepare for audits and closeouts, support program and CCBHC teams, build financial dashboards, analyze spending trends, and improve grant management processes to support long-term sustainability.

Provide on-scene psychiatric crisis assessment, short-term solution-focused therapy, safety planning, disposition recommendations, and coordination of follow-up/community-based care. Support crisis apartment residents, complete compliant documentation, collaborate with first responders and partners, and participate in mobile and office-based assessments, supervision, and professional development on rotating evening and weekend shifts.
