Process timely, accurate payroll for high-volume employee population; maintain payroll records; resolve payroll inquiries; ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations; reconcile payroll data, support audits and W-2s, and identify process improvements in partnership with HR and Finance.

Provide community-based case management for adults with severe and persistent mental illness and/or substance use disorders. Coordinate services, build trusting relationships, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and support clients to achieve personal goals through in-person outreach across the service area.

Provide evidence-based behavioral health services and crisis intervention for children, youth, and adults. Conduct diagnostic assessments (CANS/ANSA, DSM-5-TR), develop recovery-centered treatment plans, deliver individual/family/group psychotherapy, perform risk/crisis assessments, coordinate care with medical and community partners, and maintain compliant EHR documentation across office, home, school, and community settings.
