Supports the end-to-end talent acquisition process through requisition validation, approval workflow management, offer coordination, reporting, HRIS data audits, and process improvement. Partners with recruiters, hiring managers, People Business Partners, and cross-functional teams to ensure accurate, compliant, and efficient recruitment operations. Maintains data integrity in Oracle HCM, identifies workflow issues, resolves discrepancies, and supports a positive candidate and stakeholder experience.

Manages GSA vehicle operations at an assigned branch, including receiving, inspecting, marshalling, servicing, transporting, and preparing vehicles for sale. Coordinates maintenance and diagnostics, conducts road tests, maintains compliance records, and serves as the primary contact for GSA representatives. Supports auction operations, customer interactions, data entry, yard organization, and branch administrative needs while following DOT, GSA, IAA, and company safety requirements.
