Handle heavy telephone scheduling, secure vendors (videographers, interpreters), perform e-filing/e-service, and maintain organization and time management. Support Workers' Compensation team; proficiency in MS Word and Outlook required. Knowledge of Workers' Compensation preferred.

Defend insurance liability claims (auto, premises, medical professional, product liability) as part of a trial team under a supervising partner. Litigate and prepare cases for trial, produce high-quality work, and manage multiple tasks under pressure. Must be licensed in Florida with insurance defense experience.
