Job DescriptionRissman is searching for a self-motivated, driven and dynamic Associate Attorney with 0-5 years of civil litigation experience to join its rapidly expanding and diverse south Florida office.
The Associate Attorney will be defending claims as part of a trial team with a supervising partner primarily in the areas of auto/commercial auto liability, premises liability, medical professional liability and product liability and will be heavily involved in litigating those cases in preparation for and at trial.
Requirements:
· Licensed in the state of Florida in good standing
· Insurance Defense Experience a must
· Superior written and verbal communication skills
· Must be able to work independently
· Meticulous attention to detail
· Produce an accurate and high-quality work product
· Ability to juggle multiple activities and work under pressure
