Partners with leadership, board members, program teams, marketing staff, vendors, and volunteers to deliver successful events and strengthen donor engagement. The role requires strong fundraising, event planning, project management, financial analysis, communication, and CRM skills.

Provides supportive casework assistance for an enhanced family foster care program. Responsibilities include locating family and community resource information, arranging home visits, supervising child-family contacts, transporting children to services, completing administrative tasks in Connections, and reporting observations or suspected abuse, neglect, or exploitation. Works under Case Work Supervisor direction and maintains a safe environment for children and families.

Conducts objective investigations into allegations of abuse, neglect, and mistreatment of individuals supported by the organization. Responsibilities include gathering evidence, interviewing witnesses and subjects, preparing reports, presenting findings, recommending risk-mitigation actions, processing incidents in IRMA and WSIR, and maintaining confidentiality and compliance with OPWDD requirements.

Facilitates student, parent, staff, and community workshops on healthy relationships, gender-based violence, and relationship abuse prevention. Develops adolescent-focused curricula, builds partnerships with schools, provides referrals, completes documentation, conducts outreach, and co-leads a summer peer leadership program. The role requires group facilitation, knowledge of intimate partner violence and adolescent development, strong organization, and anti-oppressive, healing-centered practice.

Provides clinical and administrative supervision to social workers and case planners serving youth in residential and independent living programs. Oversees case planning, permanency and discharge goals, documentation, regulatory compliance, quality audits, crisis intervention, family engagement, court preparation, and coordinated services. Supports staff development and collaborates with clinicians, educators, legal representatives, agencies, courts, and families. Maintains a small caseload and travels regularly to residential sites, homes, schools, courts, and community locations.

Provides individual, group, and crisis counseling to middle and high school students regarding relationship abuse, gender-based violence, healthy relationships, and trauma. Provides supportive casework services to children and families in Preventive Services programs. Responsibilities include home visits, risk and safety assessments, client interviews, service referrals, transportation and accompaniment, documentation in case management systems, obtaining school and medical records, case file maintenance, clerical support, and participation in supervision and trainings.
