  What You’ll Do

 

  • Provide primary support to Vice President and Regional Manager. 
  • Supervise Case Aide and Transportation Specialist.
  • Keep all office equipment operational and order all office supplies.
  • Assist with all Special Projects handed down from Vice President and Regional Manager.
  • Process all departmental billing, and petty cash account for Brooklyn Office.
  • Word processing, data entry and typing – which includes cases changes in LEWIS.
  • Place orders for office supplies, metro cards for bio-parent transportation
  • Review/Update Social Work Caseload list for accuracy twice a month.
  • Archive all discharge case records/files.
  • Register all current and new EFFC staff for trainings through ACS Workforce Institute and Human Services Learning Center (HSLC).
  • Process Personnel Action Forms (PAF) and job requisition forms.
  • Schedule candidates for interviews and retrieve all supporting documents.
  • Coordinate laptop and mobile phones for all EFFC staff with the MIS Department.
  • All other duties as assigned by Regional Manager of EFFC.

 

 REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS:

 AA degree and or High School Diploma and or General Education Diploma (GED) 

  • Type 50 to 60 WPM
  • Proficiency in MS Office Programs: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CONNECTIONS, etc. 
  • Excellent writing and oral communication skills, good organizational skills.
