Serve as Rise's German HR specialist owning AÜG licence compliance and documentation while supporting EMEA (and some Americas/APAC) HR activities. Lead audits, ER cases, right-to-work and mobility checks, benefits, HRIS/time & attendance, and client-facing HR queries. Partner with legal, manage licences and compliance trackers, support recruitment and L&D, and ensure GDPR/BDSG and Arbeitszeitgesetz compliance. Engage with authorities and works councils where required.

Own end-to-end onboarding for clients onto Rise's Direct Payroll: gather requirements, configure accounts, migrate and validate payroll data, run initial payrolls, ensure compliance, document repeatable processes, and coordinate handoffs to operations while partnering with Product and Engineering.

Remote Account Executive responsible for acquiring new B2B SaaS clients and managing existing accounts. Duties include prospecting, sales presentations, contract negotiation, client relationship management, and hitting revenue targets while collaborating on sales strategy and working independently.

Manage and grow strategic partner relationships to drive partner-sourced revenue. Responsibilities include account planning, partner recruitment and enablement, negotiating agreements, building reseller/white-label/API partnerships, coordinating co-selling and marketing initiatives, and tracking partner-sourced pipeline and revenue.
