Own the strategy, delivery, and outcomes for Rise’s ramps and identity products. Partner closely with the CTO, compliance, finance, operations, support, and external stakeholders while defining technical product direction across payments, reconciliation, onboarding, and identity.

Senior HR generalist responsible for AÜG licence ownership and German HR compliance, leading HR operations across EMEA and APAC, managing ER, right-to-work and global mobility, benefits, HRIS/time & attendance, and partnering with legal, sales, and clients to ensure region-wide compliance and scalable HR frameworks.

Own security and infrastructure for a fintech payments platform, with security comprising roughly two-thirds of the role. Responsibilities include cloud and application security, IAM, secrets management, threat modeling, detection engineering, incident response, vulnerability management, compliance, privacy, CI/CD, infrastructure as code, observability, reliability, backups, disaster recovery, and on-call operations. The role reports to the CTO and will establish the security function as the company’s founding security hire.
