Collaborate with engineering, IT, and security to advance a DevOps operating model.

Supervise and lead shop maintenance staff, schedule and oversee repairs, manage inventory and procurement, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, troubleshoot mechanical/electrical issues, train personnel, and implement process improvements to increase equipment reliability and efficiency.

Lead end-to-end delivery of high-voltage substation and data center projects, managing pre-construction, construction, commissioning, budgets, contracts, RFIs, change orders, site oversight, risk mitigation, cross-functional coordination, and operational handoff to Operations/Facilities.

Lead electrical design and coordination for industrial power projects (LV/MV/HV up to 500kV). Develop scopes, budgets, one-line diagrams, protection/PLC cabinets, grounding, MCCs, cable schedules, and network architectures. Perform load flow, short circuit, coordination, and arc flash studies using SKM or ETAP. Mentor junior staff, support commissioning/troubleshooting, prepare specifications, and ensure code compliance.

Lead Riot's multi-discipline data center engineering organization (mechanical, electrical, controls), set technical standards and QA/QC, approve designs at key milestones, oversee consultants and vendors, develop engineering talent, and represent engineering in cross-functional and executive decision-making.

Manage payroll for 10 entities and 800+ employees across multiple states: process weekly/biweekly/semi-monthly payrolls, reconcile timekeeping and taxes, ensure multi-state compliance, handle garnishments and 401(k) reconciliations, coordinate with accounting/benefits, prepare reports and year-end W-2s, respond to employee payroll inquiries, and drive process improvements and system upgrades.

Provide operational support for Total Rewards: administer benefits lifecycle, respond to employee inquiries, assist vendors and billing, support open enrollment and ancillary programs, maintain SOPs, generate basic reports, coordinate with payroll, and help manage leave-of-absence administration.

Operate a Class A CDL 1-ton truck with gooseneck trailer to transport equipment and materials between sites, perform pre/post-trip inspections, assist with loading/unloading, maintain DOT-compliant logs, report maintenance issues, and support shop and maintenance tasks while following site safety protocols.

Perform installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of HVAC systems and air handlers at an on-site data center facility. Conduct preventive maintenance, maintain service records, ensure compliance with safety standards, and collaborate with the maintenance team to optimize system performance and efficiency.

The Data Center Technician is responsible for installing mining equipment, maintaining a clean environment, and supporting operations in a data center setting.

Lead enterprise EHS strategy for global hyperscale data center construction and operations. Establish electrical safety standards (NFPA 70E, LOTO), govern high-voltage substations, oversee contractor qualification, manage environmental permitting, deploy predictive analytics and EHS platforms, lead crisis response and root-cause investigations, and embed design-for-safety across engineering, commissioning, and operations.

Serve as SME for industrial-scale liquid cooling: lead design-to-deployment, commissioning, optimization, and lifecycle management of direct-to-chip, cold-plate, and immersion systems. Validate heat balance and fluid chemistry, manage valves/pumps/VFDs and P&ID-based hydraulics, define control logic and alarms with PLC/BMS teams, perform hydro-testing and flow balancing, lead RCA, and develop SOPs, MOPs, and training.
