The Director, Technical Training will design and lead technical training programs for data center operations, develop certification pathways, manage an LMS, conduct needs assessments, and build a training team.

The Director of Operational Readiness ensures site readiness and coordinates operations across data centers by managing assessments, testing, and cross-functional team workflows. They oversee customer deployments and maintain operational criteria fulfillment before going live.

Serve as SME for industrial-scale liquid cooling: lead design-to-deployment, commissioning, optimization, and lifecycle management of direct-to-chip, cold-plate, and immersion systems. Validate heat balance and fluid chemistry, manage valves/pumps/VFDs and P&ID-based hydraulics, define control logic and alarms with PLC/BMS teams, perform hydro-testing and flow balancing, lead RCA, and develop SOPs, MOPs, and training. Lead and develop Critical Operations Engineers to ensure safe, reliable data center operations. Manage and execute preventive and corrective maintenance, oversee work order quality and documentation, coordinate maintenance windows, respond to facility events and emergencies, and drive continuous improvement with vendors and internal teams to maximize uptime and reliability.

Lead design, programming, commissioning, and delivery of BMS/PLC controls across data center builds and retrofits. Develop controls architecture, sequences, and documentation; program and troubleshoot multi-vendor PLC/BMS platforms; lead FAT/SAT and commissioning; optimize performance through root-cause analysis; manage vendor integrations, IT/OT cybersecurity, and mentor engineering teams.

Lead day-to-day mission-critical data center operations to ensure 100% uptime. Manage a multidisciplinary team, maintain electrical/mechanical and liquid-cooling systems, enforce safety/compliance (LOTO, NFPA, OSHA), oversee vendors and CMMS records, and coordinate with IT, Security, and Construction teams for operational excellence.

Design and maintain scalable cloud analytics data models and semantic layers, integrate ERP/project/operational systems, preserve business context, define modeling standards, deliver dashboards and reports, partner with stakeholders on metrics, and support planning and forecasting to enable enterprise reporting and decision-making.

Perform routine facility cleaning and sweeping, remove trash, wash company vehicles, support maintenance projects, track basic inventory, follow safety and PPE protocols, work onsite in Corsicana, TX (Mon-Fri 7-3:30).

As a Security Officer, you'll ensure safety and security at the facility, responding to emergencies and monitoring the environment while providing assistance to staff and visitors.

Install and maintain bitcoin mining hardware at an on-site Corsicana, TX facility: unpack and rack miners, run Cat-5 cabling, perform housekeeping, operate lifts, follow safety/PPE protocols, and assist with general equipment handling on 12-hour rotating day/night shifts.

Lead day-to-day accounting for a multi-entity, publicly traded company: own month-end close, GL, consolidation, intercompany, fixed assets, P&L, audits, acquisitions integration, controls, and process improvements while partnering with FP&A and IT.
