Leads enterprise data protection and AI security strategy, architecture, and execution. Builds and manages security engineering teams; oversees Microsoft Purview classification, labeling, DLP, endpoint protection, insider risk, and DSPM. Defines security controls for generative AI, LLMs, agents, and AI-enabled SaaS; guides AI governance and vendor assessments. Partners with Security Operations and Incident Response to address data exfiltration, insider threats, and AI-related incidents while meeting regulatory and contractual obligations.

Designs, implements, and operates enterprise data protection and AI security controls across Microsoft 365, endpoints, cloud platforms, SaaS applications, and AI environments. Responsibilities include deploying Purview DLP and sensitivity labeling, automating data discovery and policy enforcement, securing LLM and RAG systems, investigating alerts, integrating security tools, reducing data exfiltration, and supporting vendor assessments and compliance frameworks.

Executes debt financings and capital markets transactions across construction loans, project finance, corporate facilities, and debt issuances. Manages structuring, financial modeling, negotiations, documentation, diligence, and closing across multiple workstreams. Reviews financing and legal documents, prepares lender and rating agency materials, performs scenario analyses, and oversees covenant compliance and lender reporting. Collaborates with finance, treasury, legal, accounting, data center teams, banks, investors, and rating agencies.
