Supports testing, maintenance, troubleshooting, and commissioning of low- and medium-voltage electrical systems. Operates and maintains test equipment, performs switchgear and transformer testing, interprets electrical drawings, follows safety and lockout/tagout procedures, documents results, supports commissioning, and coordinates with contractors and customers. This fully onsite entry-level role includes company-paid training toward NICET certification.

Supervise and train operations personnel, coordinate workflows, enforce safety and quality standards, manage timesheets and work orders, and support performance reviews. Install, maintain, and troubleshoot crypto mining equipment, including cabling and racking work. Operate scissor lifts, perform housekeeping, use hand tools, and work onsite in a hot, noisy mining or data center environment.

Support EHS programs by conducting safety inspections and audits, delivering training, investigating incidents, maintaining records, enforcing safe work practices (lockout/tagout, confined space, electrical safety, PPE), managing contractor safety, and driving continuous improvement to reduce risk across site operations.
