Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot data center mechanical and electrical systems (HVAC, chilled water, UPS, generators, controls). Monitor control room systems, complete work orders, perform preventive and corrective maintenance, coordinate vendors, author procedures, and support uptime and safety in a mission-critical environment.

Install, commission, test, and maintain DX voltage regulators and line reclosers. Configure control, protection, and communications, perform wiring verification, troubleshoot equipment and SCADA integration, conduct preventive maintenance and inspections, and document commissioning and maintenance activities while following utility safety standards.

Lead global physical security strategy and standards for Riot's data centers and offices. Oversee design and implementation of access control, CCTV, and intrusion detection; run risk assessments, incident response, and 24/7 GSOC operations. Ensure compliance with ASIS, SOC 2/ISO 27001, and NFPA codes. Manage vendors, budgets, and cross-functional partnerships with Operations, Facilities, IT/OT, and Cybersecurity. Build and lead a global security team and travel regularly to data center sites.
