The role influences cross-functional stakeholders across Sales, Product, Marketing, Finance, Account Management, and Customer Success without direct reports or quota ownership.

Leads complex, client-facing implementation projects from planning through deployment and operational transition. Owns project scope, budgets, timelines, risks, dependencies, governance, change control, testing, and client sign-off. Supports financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, investment prioritization, cost tracking, and business performance management. Partners with executives and operational stakeholders to develop financial models, business cases, KPI dashboards, board reporting, and decision-support analysis. The role also improves finance processes and reporting using BI and data-manipulation tools while monitoring revenue, EBITDA, cash flow, resources, and strategic project spend.

Manage accounting operations for APAC subsidiaries, including local books and records, statutory and management reporting, reconciliations, banking, payments, sales tax compliance, and financial administration.
