Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle including offer release, pre-onboarding, HRMS data entry, attendance, statutory compliance (PF/ESIC), engagement and grievance handling, exit formalities, benefits administration, and support for remote/client-deployed employees.

Drive user acquisition and brand engagement for mobile apps and digital services through social media, paid ads, short-form video, content, referral programs, and on-ground activations. Plan and execute boot camps and events in Vadodara, create creatives and copy, run Meta/Google ad campaigns, monitor KPIs (installs, conversions, CTR), and provide weekly performance reports with optimization recommendations.

Design and prototype web and mobile interfaces in Figma and Adobe Suite; convert designs to responsive HTML/CSS/JavaScript; develop and maintain WordPress themes and plugins; create marketing collateral and short videos; ensure cross-browser compatibility, accessibility, performance, and SEO best practices; manage and update websites and digital assets while collaborating with stakeholders.

Provide inbound/outbound IT helpdesk support in Vadodara: log, prioritize, assign and track tickets in ManageEngine, communicate status in English/Hindi/Gujarati, produce Excel/PPT reports, ensure SLA adherence, and work rotational 24x7 shifts.
