Provide L1 technical support across Windows, Linux, and macOS environments. Manage Active Directory, Microsoft 365, hardware, peripherals, networks, CCTV, SSL certificates, web servers, backups, monitoring, user access, onboarding, asset records, documentation, and support tickets. Escalate complex issues to higher-level teams while independently troubleshooting diverse IT infrastructure in a small or manufacturing business environment.

Provide first-level IT support and act as first point of contact via ManageEngine and IVR. Log and track tickets, troubleshoot hardware, basic networking, assist with O365/AD/Outlook/MS Office, escalate complex issues, prepare daily KRA/operational reports in Excel, and support on-call/rotational shifts.

Develop, test, and maintain high-quality Android applications using Kotlin and Java. Implement MVVM architecture with Jetpack libraries, integrate RESTful APIs for media-rich features, optimize performance, fix defects, participate in code reviews, collaborate with UX/UI teams, and leverage AI-assisted coding tools to improve productivity.
