Operate and coordinate NH3 (anhydrous ammonia) handling at an Ag Business Centre: load/unload fertilizer and NH3, inspect trucks and equipment, dispatch incoming/outgoing NH3 loads, serve customers, perform plant duties, and maintain yard and housekeeping. Ensure safe, efficient operations and equipment maintenance.

Sell seed, fertilizer and crop protection products; maintain strong relationships with farm customers; manage regional credit; purchase grain and coordinate grain logistics; act as primary contact for customers and support overall agribusiness operations.

Perform routine sanitation of the milling facility and equipment by sweeping, vacuuming, shoveling, brushing, and light scraping. Monitor and report plant conditions, complete required documentation, and follow all food safety policies. Work rotating shifts, including evenings and weekends, and meet physical requirements for lifting and stacking up to 50 lbs.

Perform repairs, preventative and predictive maintenance, fabricate and modify parts, troubleshoot mechanical and steam systems, maintain/update mill schematics, enforce plant and food safety, document work orders, and communicate equipment failures to management to maximize production and product quality.

Supervise production operations to meet schedules, quality, productivity, and cost goals. Manage and train production staff, enforce GMP and food-safety/sanitation standards, oversee multiple lines, troubleshoot equipment, support safety programs, complete manufacturing documentation, and lead continuous improvement activities.
