Measure the impact of search visibility on organic signups, funded accounts, and CAC. Lead content and comparison-page expansion for incorporation while establishing automated alerts, runbooks, and scalable systems for future growth initiatives.

Process ACH, wire, card, and credit repayment transactions; issue rewards and credits; maintain credit and card settings; manage payment exceptions, returns, fraud holds, and compliance escalations. Produce delinquency reports, support standby letters of credit, coordinate with banking and internal teams, and improve payment workflows through documentation and automation.

Own employee IT support, device lifecycle management, identity and SaaS administration, office infrastructure, onboarding, and scalable IT processes. The role supports macOS and Windows environments, MDM, SSO, Google Workspace, Slack, networking, AV, conference rooms, access controls, compliance, and asset management. It is a hands-on, on-site position requiring strong troubleshooting, documentation, communication, and customer-service skills.

Own Rho’s marketing data infrastructure, metrics definitions, dbt models, attribution, and reporting in Snowflake. Integrate marketing, CRM, advertising, analytics, referral, and call-platform data; reconcile conflicting funnel and CAC metrics; and build recurring executive reporting. Manage reverse ETL activation, marketing systems hygiene, PII handling, taxonomy, data contracts, instrumentation, documentation, and monitoring. Partner with data engineering while serving as the sole owner of marketing measurement and data quality.

Investigate fraud and AML alerts, conduct transaction monitoring, prepare SARs, support KYC/CDD reviews, document audit-ready investigations, and perform root-cause analysis. The role collaborates with compliance, operations, and client services teams to improve detection systems, recover losses, reduce financial crime risk, and maintain regulatory compliance and productivity standards.

Investigate fraud and AML alerts, conduct transaction monitoring and KYC/CIP reviews, prepare SARs, document audit-ready case records, and support fraud recovery and customer inquiries. The analyst will perform root-cause analysis, refine detection logic and alert quality, maintain productivity standards, and collaborate with compliance, operations, client services, and transaction-monitoring teams to reduce financial crime and regulatory risk.

Lead the development of Rho’s data science and machine learning practices, including model evaluation, deployment, monitoring, versioning, and retraining. Build production models for transaction coding, OCR, document understanding, RAG, and agentic systems. Design evaluation frameworks, experiments, and causal analyses; guide ML infrastructure decisions; establish technical standards; and influence stakeholders across data science, engineering, and business teams.

Build and own scalable data products, reliable pipelines, datasets, and ML-powered systems such as OCR, transaction coding, RAG, and agentic tools. Apply rigorous software engineering practices, data quality monitoring, documentation, CI/CD, and infrastructure automation. Partner with internal consumers and analytics teams to deliver reusable, discoverable data products, while leading initiatives to expand the company’s data platform.

Own and govern Rho’s coded design system, including architecture, tokens, primitives, motion, documentation, contribution models, and standards. Partner equally with frontend engineers, product managers, and designers to enable consistent, high-quality product delivery. Define the visual and interaction language, design complex financial workflows, conduct research and QA, and ship polished experiences in an in-person New York environment.
