Measure success by cohort penetration, activation velocity, and influenced ACV while managing CRM hygiene and reporting.

Own full-cycle recruiting for Engineering and Operations roles: source, attract, and close top talent; partner with hiring managers on scorecards and process; track metrics (time-to-close, pipeline health, headcount); continuously improve hiring practices and experiment with messaging and tools to improve outcomes.

Own end-to-end GTM recruiting for Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Partnerships: source, screen, coordinate panels, close offers, improve hiring processes, use AI and data to optimize funnel metrics, and partner with hiring managers and Marketing to build Rho's GTM talent brand.

The Associate Account Executive will focus on lead generation, sales support, and client engagement to drive new business and maintain client relationships, while learning Rho's value proposition.
