Supports multiple senior executives by managing complex calendars, coordinating travel and offsites, preparing agendas and briefings, handling confidential information, tracking leadership action items, and driving projects to completion. The role also uses AI tools to improve scheduling, drafting, and research, while assisting with events and office logistics as needed.

Lead Rho’s financial crimes compliance function, defining fraud and AML strategy across business banking and corporate card products. Build scalable KYC, KYB, transaction monitoring, fraud analytics, and machine learning controls. Lead incident investigations, war-room response, remediation, and post-mortems while partnering with Product, Engineering, Data, and Compliance. Hire and develop a fraud risk team, improve detection models and alerts, and balance regulatory requirements with customer experience.

Owns the NYC workplace experience, including programming, office operations, space planning, vendor management, procurement, inventory, access provisioning, and employee onboarding and offboarding. The role monitors facilities, cleanliness, supplies, budgets, and vendor performance while building scalable workplace systems for future offices. It requires strong organization, discretion, judgment, and comfort with workplace technology and AI tools.

Lead the development of Rho’s data science and machine learning practices, including model evaluation, deployment, monitoring, versioning, and retraining. Build production models for transaction coding, OCR, document understanding, RAG, and agentic systems. Design evaluation frameworks, experiments, and causal analyses; guide ML infrastructure decisions; establish technical standards; and influence stakeholders across data science, engineering, and business teams.

Own the SMB revenue engine by responding rapidly to inbound leads, reactivating dormant accounts, booking meetings for higher-value opportunities, and closing lower-value deals through funding. Build and improve CRM workflows, routing, alerting, sequencing, and automation. Execute weekly Growth and Marketing experiments, report performance honestly, and continuously optimize pipeline operations while owning quota in an evolving early-stage sales motion.

Build Rho’s presence in the Miami and South Florida startup ecosystem through events, community programming, partnerships, and founder and VC relationships. Develop and execute an events roadmap, manage budgets and success metrics, lead end-to-end event execution, establish strategic ecosystem partnerships, engage Rho customers, and represent the brand. The role requires strong local startup networks, hands-on community-building experience, data-driven program optimization, and familiarity with B2B SaaS, fintech, or enterprise software.

Owns the San Francisco workplace experience, including events, office operations, space planning, vendor management, procurement, inventory, access provisioning, and employee onboarding and offboarding. Tracks budgets and vendor performance, maintains workplace systems and documentation, monitors office conditions, and supports future office launches. The role requires strong organization, discretion, professionalism, judgment, and comfort using Jira, Slack, Notion, and AI tools.
