Translates customer requirements into work instructions, drawings, routings, and operating procedures; supports shop-floor problem solving, quoting, job launches, tooling, suppliers, and manufacturability reviews. Investigates root causes and applies lean and continuous improvement methods to improve quality, efficiency, reliability, cost, and delivery performance.

Leads the global U.S. military and export compliance program, including ITAR/EAR classification, licensing, sanctions screening, technical data controls, audits, training, risk assessments, and corrective actions. Partners with engineering, quality, supply chain, legal, operations, sales, and leadership to ensure compliant international transactions and controlled technology transfers. Advises executives, manages regulatory changes, supports government and customer audits, and drives continuous improvement across aerospace operations.

Leads contract manufacturing program development from customer engagement through launch and ongoing execution. Manages milestones, risks, deliverables, customer relationships, issue resolution, cross-functional collaboration, manufacturing readiness, supplier alignment, quality, delivery, cost, scope, forecasts, profitability, and regulatory compliance. Partners with manufacturing, engineering, quality, sourcing, supply chain, and program management teams in a global aerospace environment.

Lead quality engineering and continuous improvement initiatives in aerospace and regulated manufacturing. Responsibilities include root cause analysis, CAPA, statistical analysis, defect reduction, QMS compliance with AS9100, customer and supplier quality support, inspections, FAI, drawing and GD&T review, tooling and gauge development, CMM applications, and measurement system effectiveness. The role partners cross-functionally with manufacturing, engineering, suppliers, and customers to improve product and process quality.

Develops, documents, and optimizes manufacturing and repair processes for aerospace tooling, equipment, and assemblies. Reviews engineering drawings and specifications, creates work instructions and routers, oversees quality requirements, troubleshoots tooling and equipment, performs root-cause analysis, and applies lean manufacturing methods. The role provides technical support to technicians and cross-functional teams while collaborating with suppliers and tooling vendors.

Build and maintain commercial and military aerospace customer relationships, drive upselling and cross-selling, develop account plans, resolve customer issues, coordinate cross-functional solutions, monitor market trends, collect feedback, and report on account status, project progress, and revenue forecasts. This remote U.S. role requires approximately 30–40% travel to customer sites.

Lead FP&A analysis, forecasting, and reporting; build integrated financial models; support strategic planning, board and lender reporting; evaluate investments and M&A; analyze manufacturing and operational performance; improve reporting automation and data integrity; manage and develop FP&A analysts and Treasury Manager; partner with cross-functional teams to drive profitability and cost reduction.
