Manage U.S. Government, military, and defense OEM accounts through quoting, order entry, processing, fulfillment tracking, and customer communication. Coordinate pricing, technical, compliance, delivery, and payment information across Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering, Quality, Logistics, and Service teams. Maintain accurate SAP, Salesforce, ERP, CRM, and customer portal records while preparing status reports, resolving issues, and ensuring adherence to FAR, DFARS, and customer requirements.

Partners with engineering, quality, manufacturing, supply chain, legal, sales, and executive teams to ensure compliant handling of controlled products, technical data, software, services, and international transactions.

Develops manufacturing and service process documentation, routing, work instructions, drawings, and tooling requirements for aerospace equipment. Supports shop-floor problem solving, manufacturability reviews, quoting, supplier coordination, root-cause investigations, and continuous improvement. Partners with operations, quality, programming, tooling, customers, and suppliers to improve quality, efficiency, cost, reliability, and delivery performance.

Reviews and resolves technical inquiries involving aviation tooling and ground support equipment. Coordinates issue closure, tracks program deliverables, analyzes performance, maintains technical data and configuration records, and supports OEM and customer-facing collaboration. The role also improves recurring data processes through digital tools, lean practices, and process optimization while ensuring documentation accuracy and timely completion of technical requirements.

Leads international military sales across aerospace and defense markets. Responsibilities include developing and closing complex defense opportunities, managing strategic accounts, negotiating contracts, coordinating proposals and pricing, expanding OEM relationships, maintaining forecasts, and ensuring compliance with ITAR, export controls, and government regulations. The role requires extensive international travel and collaboration with military customers, government stakeholders, OEMs, Legal, Compliance, and internal sales teams.

Provides front-office, administrative, and HR support in a manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include greeting visitors, managing calls and mail, coordinating meetings and calendars, supporting onboarding, benefits, training, recruiting, payroll updates, employee records, HR systems, office events, and employee inquiries. The role requires organization, confidentiality, accuracy, communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Manage supplier sourcing and procurement activities, including RFQs, purchase orders, order confirmations, delivery tracking, expediting, supplier performance, pricing, and commercial claims.
