Manage supplier identification, qualification, onboarding, audits, performance improvement, and long-term capability development for aerospace tooling, machining, fabrication, and assembly suppliers. Monitor supplier KPIs, lead corrective actions and process validation, support sourcing and cost-reduction decisions, and build supplier improvement roadmaps. Collaborate with strategic sourcing, supply chain, quality, and engineering teams while ensuring aerospace standards and OEM requirements are met. Travel to domestic and international supplier sites may reach 40%.

Manage commercial and operational relationships with U.S. government, military, and defense OEM customers. Responsibilities include preparing quotations, processing purchase orders, maintaining SAP and Salesforce records, coordinating pricing and fulfillment updates, supporting FAR and DFARS requirements, managing government documentation and portals, communicating order status, and resolving shipment, invoice, and customer issues across internal teams.

Develops manufacturing and service process documentation, routing, work instructions, and drawings for aerospace tooling and equipment. Supports shop-floor problem solving, manufacturability reviews, quoting, supplier and tooling coordination, root-cause investigations, and lean continuous improvement. Partners with operations, quality, programming, customers, and suppliers to improve quality, efficiency, cost, reliability, and on-time delivery.

Manages customer relationships and coordinates the full sales and order lifecycle, including quotations, order processing, delivery, invoicing, and payment. Acts as the primary customer liaison while coordinating with Sales, Engineering, Logistics, and Order Fulfillment. Maintains accurate records, tracks order progress, resolves issues, supports customer acceptance activities, and contributes to inside-sales targets through proactive engagement and quotation follow-up.

Quality Engineer responsible for driving aerospace manufacturing quality, continuous improvement, root-cause investigations, CAPA, and defect reduction. Supports AS9100 and ISO 9001 quality systems, customer and supplier quality, inspections, first article inspections, validation, dimensional measurement, CMM applications, and manufacturing process improvements. Partners with engineering, manufacturing, suppliers, and customers to resolve nonconformances and improve product and process performance.

Leads enterprise project and program initiatives from planning through completion, managing scope, schedules, resources, risks, dependencies, and deliverables. Defines requirements, roadmaps, priorities, and business outcomes while coordinating cross-functional teams. Monitors KPIs, product performance, adoption, and project results, communicates with stakeholders and leaders, and applies Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methods. Drives continuous improvement and transformation across complex global organizations.

Reviews and resolves technical inquiries involving aviation tooling and ground support equipment. Coordinates issue closure, tracks program deliverables, analyzes performance, maintains technical data and configuration records, and supports OEM and customer-facing collaboration. The role also improves recurring data processes through digital tools, lean practices, and process optimization while ensuring documentation accuracy and timely completion of technical requirements.

Lead FP&A analysis, forecasting, and reporting; build integrated financial models; support strategic planning, board and lender reporting; evaluate investments and M&A; analyze manufacturing and operational performance; improve reporting automation and data integrity; manage and develop FP&A analysts and Treasury Manager; partner with cross-functional teams to drive profitability and cost reduction.
