Lead global consolidation and standardization of IT support, transition Level 1/2 to a 24x7x365 MSP, establish and govern vendor-managed NOC/SOC, remediate technical debt, rationalize applications/licenses, manage major incidents and root cause remediation, and provide hands-on US regional end-user support with up to 20% travel.

Lead development and execution of contract manufacturing programs, manage client relationships, coordinate cross-functional teams, drive process improvements, oversee budgets and compliance with industry regulations to ensure on-time, on-quality, and profitable product launches.
