Leads end-to-end supply chain performance for military and defense product value streams. Manages sourcing and fulfillment teams, supplier performance, delivery recovery, cost and productivity improvements, risk mitigation, compliance, and cross-functional execution. Oversees defense requirements involving ITAR, EAR, FAR, DFARS, DCMA, AS9100, technical data, cybersecurity, quality, and government oversight. Develops teams, drives lean problem solving, and ensures reliable delivery to military and aerospace customers.

Develops manufacturing and service processes for aerospace tooling and equipment. Translates customer requirements into work instructions, drawings, routings, and operating procedures; supports shop-floor problem solving, quoting, job launches, tooling, suppliers, and manufacturability reviews. Investigates root causes and applies lean and continuous improvement methods to improve quality, efficiency, reliability, cost, and delivery performance.

Leads the global U.S. military and export compliance program, including ITAR/EAR classification, licensing, sanctions screening, technical data controls, audits, training, risk assessments, and corrective actions. Partners with engineering, quality, supply chain, legal, operations, sales, and leadership to ensure compliant international transactions and controlled technology transfers. Advises executives, manages regulatory changes, supports government and customer audits, and drives continuous improvement across aerospace operations.
