The Technical Program Manager provides technical support for OEM engine and Ground Support Equipment programs, ensuring customer requirements are met and resolving related issues. They manage tooling lists, conduct design change reviews, and support sales, quality, and certification activities.

Manage and grow relationships with commercial and military customers across the Americas, ensuring satisfaction, resolving issues, and coordinating internal teams. Drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities, develop account plans and strategies, and deliver revenue forecasts. Maintain client communications, gather feedback, and stay current on market trends to support business growth.

Lead development and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes for parts and assemblies. Create process documentation, manufacturability reviews, tooling and supplier guidance, resolve production issues using statistical methods, and drive lean initiatives to improve quality, cost, and efficiency while supporting quoting and cross-functional teams.
