Develops manufacturing and service processes for aerospace tooling and equipment supporting military contracts. Translates drawings and specifications into work instructions, routings, manufacturing documentation, and production requirements. Resolves shop-floor producibility and process issues, supports quoting and job launches, guides suppliers, and improves operations using lean methods. Investigates root causes, recommends design or processing changes, and collaborates with operations, quality, tooling, programming, customers, and suppliers while working with controlled military drawings under ITAR/CUI programs.

Manage U.S. Government, military, and defense OEM accounts through quoting, order entry, processing, fulfillment tracking, and customer communication. Coordinate pricing, technical, compliance, delivery, and payment information across Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering, Quality, Logistics, and Service teams. Maintain accurate SAP, Salesforce, ERP, CRM, and customer portal records while preparing status reports, resolving issues, and ensuring adherence to FAR, DFARS, and customer requirements.

Leads end-to-end supply chain performance for military and defense programs, including strategic sourcing, procurement, supplier management, fulfillment, delivery recovery, risk mitigation, and productivity improvement. Manages sourcing and fulfillment teams, ensures compliance with ITAR, DFARS, AS9100, cybersecurity, and government requirements, and coordinates with engineering, quality, contracts, logistics, finance, and government stakeholders.
