• Lead projects from planning through completion, managing scope, schedules, milestones, resources, and deliverables.
• Define project and product requirements, priorities, roadmaps, and expected business outcomes.
• Turn stakeholder and customer needs into practical plans and effective solutions.
• Bring cross-functional teams together, clarify responsibilities, and keep work moving forward.
• Identify and address risks, issues, dependencies, and changing priorities.
• Monitor KPIs, product performance, adoption, and project outcomes to measure success.
• Keep stakeholders and leaders informed about progress, decisions, priorities, and next steps.
• Apply Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches based on the needs of each initiative.
• Improve products, processes, and project delivery through ongoing learning and continuous improvement.

• 5+ years of experience in program, project, or product management.
• Proven success leading enterprise-wide transformation or change initiatives within complex, global organizations.
• Strong knowledge of project management practices, governance frameworks, and delivery methodologies.
• Effective communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills across all levels of an organization.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity, establish priorities, and guide teams through change.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
• Agile certification is preferred.
