Manage and supervise day habilitation and vocational programs for individuals with IDD, including staff supervision, training, budgeting, regulatory compliance, stakeholder coordination, and participation in multidisciplinary clinical and behavioral planning.

Provide administrative support for behavioral health admissions including medical record upload and management, data entry, billing/authorization tracking, customer service, petty cash and deposits, office operations, risk management, and coordination with stakeholders. Works with interdisciplinary treatment team; includes evening/weekend coverage and documentation of follow-up care.

Provide community-based nursing care and oversight for individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities and behavioral health needs. Participate on interdisciplinary ACTT team, follow crisis and person-centered plans, monitor medication side effects, teach coping skills, and perform required documentation and nursing interventions.

Provide RN case management for Medicaid CAP participants: perform assessments, develop and update person-centered care plans, coordinate and monitor services, conduct home visits and phone follow-ups, ensure Medicaid compliance and documentation, provide family counseling and training, and complete required state trainings.
