Supports assembly and manufacturing operations in a high-volume facility by troubleshooting equipment, tooling, and process issues; improving standard work, workflows, line balancing, capacity, safety, quality, and productivity; supporting root-cause investigations, corrective actions, continuous improvement, and new product introductions; and maintaining engineering documentation and validation records.

Supports high-volume manufacturing operations through process optimization, equipment and tooling implementation, continuous improvement, facility layout optimization, documentation, capital projects, and new product introduction. Collaborates with quality, operations, maintenance, safety, and engineering teams to troubleshoot production issues, improve safety and efficiency, enhance product quality, and implement manufacturing solutions on the production floor.

Coordinate supply chain implementation of continuous product improvements across engineering, manufacturing, purchasing, operations, and support teams. Manage product change effects, component phase-ins and phase-outs, inventory risks, implementation timing, and readiness across global locations. Develop project status reports, dashboards, and visualizations, identify process improvements, and reduce disruptions, obsolescence, scrap, and rework. The role requires cross-functional project coordination, supply chain knowledge, and up to 10% travel.

Develops production-quality C++ software for autonomous and semi-autonomous machine localization, positioning, navigation, and state estimation. Designs algorithms using GNSS, inertial sensors, perception systems, and filtering techniques; researches and deploys localization solutions; and supports architecture, testing, validation, documentation, functional safety, and product quality. Collaborates cross-functionally and mentors junior engineers.

Design, develop, test, debug, and maintain C++ embedded software and firmware throughout the product lifecycle. Collaborate with hardware and engineering teams on requirements, architecture, interfaces, verification, validation, and deployment. Optimize real-time systems, resolve defects through root-cause analysis, maintain technical documentation, participate in code reviews, and support product launches and ongoing enhancements.

Designs and develops mechanical components and systems for off-highway equipment, including frame structures and sheet metal parts. Creates 3D models and engineering drawings using model-based definition and GD&T. Collaborates with stakeholders, suppliers, fabrication teams, and factory personnel to support production builds and fit-ups. Manages multiple projects, communicates design changes, and troubleshoots mechanical issues while meeting deadlines.

Designs and integrates mechanical systems and components for powertrain, engine installation, and cooling applications. Creates CAD models, assemblies, drawings, and documentation; analyzes designs for performance and manufacturability; routes tubes, hoses, brackets, and mounting systems; supports validation and simulation; investigates product issues; coordinates engineering changes; and collaborates with manufacturing, quality, operations, suppliers, and cross-functional engineering teams.

Tests embedded software and electrical systems controlling vehicle operations, including diagnostic troubleshooting, automated testing, hardware testing, regression testing, and machine testing. Develops application, remote, hardware, and regression test plans; evaluates software deliveries; participates in project meetings; and supports product launches. May travel to field locations to resolve complex issues and assist marketing or quality activities.

Collaborate with global engineering teams in an Agile environment and travel to customer or supplier locations up to 25%.

Develops, tests, and optimizes electro-hydraulic, powertrain, drivetrain, and machine implement control systems for off-highway equipment. Responsibilities include modeling and simulation, machine testing, calibration, troubleshooting, data analysis, system integration, root cause analysis, requirements support, validation documentation, and product development from concept through production. The engineer collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to improve machine performance, efficiency, reliability, durability, and operator experience.

The Systems Engineer will develop and maintain requirements documentation for construction equipment software, ensuring alignment with system functionality and performance standards.

Develop and validate spark-ignited engine systems through simulation, calibration, mapping, and test cell/field validation. Coordinate with controls, aftertreatment, design, and program teams and report status at design reviews.

The Mechanical Design Engineer will design and vet projects, focusing on cost reduction and collaborating with stakeholders for production readiness.

Design mechanical assemblies, parts, and systems for off-highway and mobile equipment. Create 3D models, drawings, BOMs, and documentation; evaluate prototypes, support testing, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine designs.

Support mechanical design and development of components and systems using 3D CAD and PLM tools. Create 2D drawings and specifications, work with suppliers and manufacturing, validate designs, produce documentation for prototypes, and support cost-effective, manufacturable solutions.

Investigate and resolve process and part quality issues, implement containment and corrective actions, support new product introductions, track quality metrics and dashboards, perform process verification audits, train operators, lead SCRUM/AGILE improvement projects, and manage RGAs to improve manufacturing reliability and prevent line-downs.

Support the development of electrical systems and embedded software for vehicle operation. Responsibilities include design, testing, and integration of electronic solutions.
