The Embedded Software Engineer will design and develop embedded software for vehicle control systems, focusing on C++ and Python programming, and participate in Agile development and testing processes.

Develop, edit, and maintain technical manuals, service guides, and maintenance procedures for complex industrial equipment. Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, service, and support teams to interpret drawings and specifications, manage document revisions, support change management, and improve documentation processes and delivery methods.

Design and integrate hydraulic systems using 3D CAD (Creo) and Windchill. Create 2D drawings, troubleshoot hydraulic schematics, support assembly line issues, collaborate with suppliers, manufacturing, quality, and customers to deliver cost-effective designs and prototype documentation.

As a Control Systems Engineer, you will develop, test, and optimize machine control algorithms, working on hydraulic, powertrain, and robotics systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams and conducting simulations and testing.

Respond to process and part quality issues, conduct investigations and containment, drive corrective actions, track quality metrics, support new product introductions, perform process audits, train operators, and lead SCRUM/AGILE projects to improve factory reliability and product quality.

Support manufacturing and assembly for engines, powertrain, cast components, and heavy equipment. Develop processes, enable production readiness and NPI, lead root-cause investigations, support APQP/PFMEA/control plans, drive continuous improvement with Lean/Six Sigma, collaborate with engineering, quality, supply chain, and suppliers, and troubleshoot production issues. Develop and integrate embedded software (C/C++) for heavy equipment and off-highway vehicles using model-based design. Implement features per requirements, perform unit/integration/HIL testing, create design documentation, track releases with Agile, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and support troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.

Support quality, validation, and testing for engines, powertrain, and off-highway equipment. Develop and execute test plans, analyze test data, perform failure and root cause analysis, support production and supplier quality, and drive continuous improvement and corrective actions.

Support design, integration, validation, and continuous improvement of electrical systems for heavy equipment and power systems. Duties include creating and reviewing schematics, wiring diagrams, CAN communication integration and troubleshooting, bench/machine/field testing, root cause analysis, supplier collaboration, factory support, and implementation of design changes. Occasional travel to supplier or customer sites (≈10%).

Support design, validation, and manufacturing of heavy equipment and powertrain systems. Perform root cause analysis, prototype and production support, APQP activities, supplier collaboration, and create/modify 3-D models and engineering documentation. Work onsite with cross-functional teams and travel to suppliers/customers up to ~10%.

Support design, development, validation, and manufacturing of engines, powertrain systems, and off-highway equipment. Assist with prototype builds, testing, BOM maintenance, APQP activities, supplier interactions, root cause investigations, and continuous improvement in a collaborative engineering environment.
